After Jesse and Aaron are eliminated from the ranch, Ali tells the remaining players they are playing as individuals now. Meanwhile, Elizabeth cannot wait to play as an individual to prove to Bob and Jillian that she can do it on her own.

Bob and Jillian enter the gym and Bob is instantly disappointed that Aaron and Jesse were eliminated. Even though Brendan promised Bob he was done with the game playing, it's obvious that he's not. Bob takes on Brendan in the gym and doesn't want to hear any of his complaining.

Bob and Jillian know that the players have been really missing home and their loved ones, so they surprise them all with video messages from home. All of the players are moved to tears with the news. Bob takes Ada outside and breaks the news to her that her family didn't want to make a video for her. Bob reminds Ada how special she really is, despite what her family thinks.

Ada doesn't want to be around as the rest of the players are watching their home videos, so she waits outside. Brendan and Jessica find her and tell her they have a surprise. They call her back inside the house so they can show her.

The players have all made their own video for Ada because they count her as family. Ada is moved to tears watching the players tell their stories of how much she means to them.

Elizabeth is eager to prove to Jillian that she can keep up with the other players in the gym. Jillian is behind her every step of the way, pushing her as the other players work out. She calls Elizabeth in the center of the gym to do 500 steps in front of the rest of the players. She can now finish the challenge she started when she was auditioning for the show.

The players head outside to the pool to find out about their challenge. Each player will be balancing on two platforms above the pool, but one platform will be pulled from underneath them and each player will have to balance on one foot. The last player standing will win the challenge. The winner will have a one-pound advantage on the scale this week.

At the end of the challenge, Mark wins. He's impressed with his balancing skills, considering he's one of the biggest guys on the ranch, making it tougher to balance for long periods of times. Mark is just happy to have the one-pound advantage at the weigh-in.

Bob and Jillian meet the players in the gym and are shocked to find out Mark's won the balancing challenge. They congratulation him on his victory, but now it's time to do a serious last-chance workout. Bob points out the despite being on the ranch for nine weeks, the players still have a long way to go when it comes to losing weight.

Bob singles out Elizabeth for the last-chance workout and wants her to prove to him that she still wants to be on the ranch. Meanwhile, Frado is pushing himself to his limits because he wants to lose nine pounds at the weigh-in. If he loses that, he reaches the 100-pound weight loss milestone.

The players all gather around for the weigh-in. Ali tells the players that next week is makeover week and everyone gets excited, but they all have to survive this week's weigh-in first. As the weigh-in begins, Frado is shocked to see he's lost nine pounds, meaning he's officially 100 pounds lighter.

Jessica and Elizabeth both fall below the yellow line and are up for elimination. The rest of the players have to vote, and they decide to eliminate Jessica this week.
