Ali has some good news for the players. They are going back to the individual colors that they started the competition with. Each player will still be paired up with a partner, but it also means two players will be going home this week. Ali says the players won't find out that their partners are in until later on at dinner.
The players all feel that Lisa does not want to really be on the ranch and she's ready to go home. Therefore, they all joke that they don't to be on Lisa's team because that's guaranteed elimination. Lisa argues that their time at Camp Pendleton has changed her attitude.
Bob and Jillian are waiting for the players in the gym. They acknowledge that the previous week was the worst weigh-in in Biggest Loser history and now it's time to whip the players back into shape. Bob and Jillian are on a mission to make the players sweat.
The players all meet Ali for dinner and she has them sitting around in order of highest percentage of weight loss to lowest. She gives them a menu and says each player will be ordering their meals in secrecy, but the player who orders the most calories will be the one who decides the teams. Brendan is ready to order the entire menu in order to get control of the game.
It is very clear to everybody that Brendan's intent on winning the challenge and thus control of the game. But apparently, Elizabeth and Aaron are also in it to win with their high-calorie meals. In the end, Brendan eats 3,500 calories and that means he decides who will be paired with whom.
Brendan tries to explain that his pairings have nothing to do with game play, but others question his motives. He pairs Jesse with Aaron, Mark with Frado, Lisa with Elizabeth, Ada with Jessica and himself with Patrick.
Bob wants to know how many calories the players each consumed. He's shocked when Lisa admits she ate a huge high-calorie dessert just because she wanted to and not because it had anything to do with the game. He calls Lisa out for not really wanting to be on the ranch, anyway. Bob feels bad for Elizabeth because they are teammates. Bob then chastises Brendan for his unfair pairings of the teams.
After Bob works the players out for over two hours in the gym, they head outside where Jillian is waiting for them. Jillian tries to get the players to rely on their partners by making them give each other piggyback rides across the field and back.
In this week's challenge, the players have to stack tiny little sugar cubes five feet high. The winning duo will also win a free one-week stay at The Biggest Loser Fitness Ridge in Utah or Malibu, along with three guests. After over an hour of stacking sugar cubes, Ada and Jessica win the challenge!
The players all get ready for the last-chance workout, knowing that Bob and Jillian are going to push them to their limits. Bob's main goal is to make the players see just how strong they are, especially the girls still in the competition. Ada is ready to prove she's just as strong as the guys.
Both Lisa and Elizabeth lose eight pounds and feel they can't celebrate their accomplishment because of what Bob and Jillian said earlier about them not wanting to be there. Jillian still feels the two women really don't want to be on the ranch and lashes out at them about how she feels. Jillian says that Lisa should just throw the weigh-in if she really wants to go home.
The rest of the players join the argument and tell Lisa that she really wants to go home, so she should. Lisa argues that she's stayed on the ranch every week just because Brendan and Frado keep her there for their game play. She vows to try harder for her children.
At the end of the weigh-in, it's Aaron and Jesse and Lisa and Elizabeth who have fallen below the yellow line. The players all vote and decide to eliminate Jesse and Aaron. Before the two guys can leave the ranch, Patrick breaks down and cries and Jesse says he takes Patrick's vote personally because he considered him a friend.
