Tina's beginning to feel guilty that she was saved from elimination and Allie had to go home. She tearfully tells the players that she's going to ask to go home. Some of the players begin to call Tina selfish for her actions.

When Bob finds out Tina wants to leave the ranch, the players see a new side of him. Bob wants to prove that none of the players are quitters. He's ready to push them as far as they've ever been pushed.

While the other players look on, Bob faces a lot of attitude from Jesse in the gym. Bob defends himself, telling Jesse he doesn't deserve disrespect, then decides to make everybody else's workout tougher.

Bob decides to have a little one-on-one time with Tina. He knows her type. She's the nurturer who always puts others first, even now. She wants to leave the ranch because she's thinking of her family and not herself. Bob reminds her that she's on the ranch because she didn't give up.

Ali tells the players they're going to learn the game of tennis. But she's not going to teach them, tennis professional Anna Kournikova will. The guys are all beside themselves while taking instructions from her. Anna encourages the players to keep moving while hitting the tennis ball

Ali tells the players it's time for a pop challenge. They have to collect tennis balls and run them upstairs, where each of the players has a tube. The player that gets 25 balls in their tube first wins immunity this week. Frado wins the pop challenge.

The players gather around for the weigh-in. Jillian hopes the women pull high numbers, since all of them except for Ada fell below the yellow line last week. Just like last week, half the players fall below the yellow line.

Jillian's not happy with the results of the weigh-in so far, especially when Burgundy, the first female to weigh in, has only lost one pound. Meanwhile, Sophia has a good reason to smile - she's lost a total of six pounds!

The players get excited when they learn Adam has lost 12 pounds. Adam says he doesn't believe in game play, and credits his weight loss to not trying to outdo others, but focus on himself. Adam feels lucky to have his mother as a guardian angel by his side.

Most of the guys start to pull double-digit numbers at the weigh-in. Ali notes that most of the women are falling below the yellow line. Jillian's frustrated that once again, it's not sinking in. The women need to try harder to stay above the yellow line to stay on the ranch.

All the women except for Ada fall below the yellow line at the weigh-in. Brendan's the last player to get on the scale. Ada's nervous. If Brendan does well, he'll push her below the yellow line as well. She's relieved when Brendan only loses five pounds this week.

Adam wins the weigh-in and has the choice to save one player from elimination. The rest of the players will participate in a challenge. The two last-place players will be up for elimination.

The players have to dig in tons and tons of sand in search for brass rings. The two players who don't find any brass rings will be up for elimination. It comes down to Burgandy, Lisa and Tina - with only one brass ring left!
