The Season 10 players have finally arrived on The Biggest Loser ranch and they meet with Ali. She tells them they should be proud for making it this far, but now the hard part is staying on the ranch. Ali surprises the players more by welcoming two more players to the ranch, Aaron and Elizabeth as the Yellow Team.
Bob and Jillian wait for the new players to arrive at the gym for their first workout. Bob and Jillian are waiting to make them sweat and knock those grins off their faces.
Dr. H visits with each of the players and delivers the harsh truth that they are damaging their bodies with food. Dr. H explains to the players how old their health tells him they are, compared to how old they really are. Each player takes the news very emotionally.
Bob and Jillian take all the players to the kitchen to discuss their old eating habits. The trainers are shocked at just how unhealthy the players were before they came to the ranch.
The second day of working out is even harder than the first. Now the players are questioning just how bad things can get while on the ranch. Each trainer is pushing the contestants harder than they have ever been pushed in a gym.
At one point during the workout, Bob focuses on Brendan, who he feels can try even harder in the gym. Brendan realizes just how out of shape he is. But Bob continues his pushing.
While at the gym, the trainers grab boxes and distribute them to the players. Everyone is curious about what's in the box, but Aaron knows exactly what it is: the players' favorite foods from back home. Jillian wanted them to become conscious of the food they are putting in their bodies.
The players all gather at the weigh in with Bob and Jillian, but Ali tells them this will be like something like they have never seen. Ali tells the players that half of them will be under the yellow line.
Mark is the first player to weigh in and is shocked, along with everybody else including Bob and Jillian, that he has lost 41 pounds. He begins to tear up at his accomplishment and the rest of the players give him a huge applause.
All the players weigh in, but there were only eight that are safe from elimination: Rick, Mark, Brendan, Adam, Jesse, Frado, Ada, and Aaron. The rest of the players are nervous about the final voting outcome.
Ali tells Rick that since he is the player with the highest percentage of weight loss, he has the choice of saving one player from the yellow line. But, he has until the elimination begins to reveal whom he chose. Ali also tells the players below the yellow line that they will participate in a challenge to see who will be saved from elimination.
After Rick saves Patrick from elimination, the seven women have to compete in a challenge: run a race to capture a flag. As soon as a player wins one of the five races, they are safe from elimination. The two players that come in last will be up for elimination. Burgandy accuses Jessica of attempting to cut her off. In the end, it's Allie and Tina who are up for elimination.
The players all have to vote for whom to eliminate this week, Tina or Allie. In the end, most of the players choose Allie as the player who should leave the ranch. She vows she'll be a changed person when she comes back at the finale.
