In a statement shared with BBC, Warwick expressed his profound grief, "Her passing has left a huge hole in our lives as a family. I miss her hugs." He described Samantha as his "wife and soul-mate, best friend, devoted mother, and my most trusted confidant."
The couple met on the set of the 1988 film "Willow" and had been married for over 30 years. They shared two children, Harrison and Annabelle.
"She was a unique character, always seeing the sunny side of life," Warwick said of Samantha. "She had a wicked sense of humor and always laughed at my bad jokes."
Their children also penned a touching tribute to their mother, "Her love and happiness carried us through our whole lives. Mum is our best friend, and we're honored to have received a love like hers."
Samantha was an actress in her own right, appearing in films and television series such as "Through the Dragon's Eye", "Leprechaun 2" and "Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part II".
Together, Samantha and Warwick founded Little People U.K., a charity dedicated to supporting people with dwarfism. Warwick attributed his career success to Samantha's unwavering support, stating, "With her by my side, I was sure I could achieve anything, it was like having a super-power."
In recent years, Samantha's mobility had diminished, but she remained determined to live a full and active life. Warwick praised her resilience, saying, "She was the most open, warm person I have ever known. She had time for everyone and a genuine listening ear."
