AceShowbiz - Lala Kent has finally revealed the sex of her unborn baby. The "Vanderpump Rules" star, who is currently expecting her second child, announced during an Amazon Live that she's going to welcome a baby girl.
"I did not pick the gender because I did IUI [Intrauterine insemination], which is where my eggs stay inside my body," the 33-year-old told fans during the Tuesday, April 9 live stream, according to PEOPLE. "I went to a doctor, they put a little tube up there with the goods and I get what I get, so I didn't get embryos created like they do with IVF [in vitro fertilization]."
Meanwhile, in an interview with Entertainment Tonight, Lala exclaimed, "A little girl! I'm so excited!" She added, "Apparently, before we found out, my brother pulled my mom aside and said, 'Mom, you cannot tell Lauren, but if it's another girl. I don't think I can do it. I'm losing my mind.' So of course my mom tells me this, we cut this cake, it's pink. I felt so terrible."
Lala claimed she was "relieved" by the news. On the reason why, the TV personality elaborated, "I know what to do with a girl. I'm a girls' girl."

"I'm expanding my pod," the reality star penned on Instagram alongside a picture of her flaunting her baby bump with daughter Ocean. She also gushed over a "new addition to my little family."
Lala revealed her pregnancy with her second child conceived through intrauterine insemination (IUI) with a sperm donor. On her podcast "Give Them Lala," she admitted to having chosen a donor "based on looks," adding, "I also didn't need them to be extremely smart because I'm not."
After finding a donor who "felt like my baby daddy," Lala underwent IUI and became pregnant on her first try. She expressed surprise at the speed of her pregnancy, saying, "I thought I had a little bit more time to sink into like [becoming a mom again]."
