Dogpound gym in West Hollywood denies shutting out patrons and making them wait outside for two hours during the pop star and her boyfriend's private workout session.

AceShowbiz - Taylor Swift's gym has cleared out allegation that it booted patrons to give the singer/songwriter and Travis Kelce special treatment. In a statement issued on Tuesday, March 26, Dogpound claimed the story running in the media was not accurate.

While it did not deny giving the Grammy winner and her boyfriend special treatment, the gym told TMZ, "Dogpound is a by-appointment establishment. We value members' experience and have never had anyone wait outside for 2 hours. The narrative running in the media does not accurately reflect circumstances." It went on insisting, "We respect the privacy of our clients."

The gym did not address the people who were seen outside the gym during Taylor and Travis' private workout session. However, sources familiar with the gym told the site that several of the folks pictured in workout attire are actually Dogpound employees, who have to get out whenever Taylor stops by.

The sources said this is standard operating procedure, but pointed out that Taylor's workouts only last an hour.

Previously, the site obtained a photo of people waiting outside the gym during Taylor and Travis' visit on Monday. The folks looked extremely confused while waiting on the sidewalk with water in hand.

Taylor previously revealed she was hitting DogPound gym as part of her workout routine to keep her in tip top shape for "The Eras Tour". She said her preparation included singing on the treadmill, lifting weights and strength training at DogPound, six months leading to the tour kickoff in March last year.

"I knew this tour was harder than anything I'd ever done before by a long shot," so the 34-year-old musician told TIME magazine in December. "I finally, for the very first time, physically prepared correctly."

"Every day I would run on the treadmill, singing the entire set list out loud," the Grammy winner continued. "Fast for fast songs, and a jog or a fast walk for slow songs," she shared, adding that she had also stopped drinking alcohol.
