AceShowbiz - Kylie Jenner and Kendall Jenner have been trolled by social media users over their latest fashion choice. Having often posted thirst traps on social media, the series regulars of "The Kardashians" were accused of copying Sofia Richie's "old money" look after showing luxury style.
On Monday, June 26, Kendall's fashion stylist Dani Michelle shared a series of photos capturing the 27-year-old model's ensemble when she was out and about in Paris. Instagram users immediately noticed that she had a different look to that of her usual revealing getup. The comments section of the post was bombarded with responses comparing her look to that of Sofia. One user in particular simply wrote, "Sofia style," and added a lightning emoji.
Another trolled, "Lmaoooo not Kendall trying to jump on the 'old money Sofia Richie aesthetic' all of sudden after posting thirst traps all week lol." In addition to Kendall, a third commenter mentioned her younger sister Kylie who was said to also copy Sofia's style by writing, "Almost the same look of her sister Kylie in Paris." Meanwhile, a fourth complained, "That does not look good on Kendal." A fifth stated, "Everyone wants to be @sofiarichiegrainge now LoL @kendalljenner."
In the Instagram post, Kendall could be seen wearing a more formal look for her day out in the City of Light. She was styled by Dani in a medium-sleeved body fit beige Alaia mini dress which had flares on it. She completed the chic ensemble with a pair of black pointed-toe flat shoes, matching sunglasses, sparkling earrings and a brown Hermes Kelly medium-sized handbag. She had her long hair parted in the middle and added a dark-colored headband.
Dani followed up the post with a video which was originally shared by the "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" alum on TikTok. The clip documented the reality TV star's other two outfits when she was in Paris. The first get-up was a sleeveless knee-length dark gray rounded-neck Bottega dress. The dress came with a big cut-out on its bodice and two big bow embellishments on both of the sides.
Kendall added a pair of black leather shoes, matching round-framed sunglasses and a medium-sized handbag. She put her hair in a sleek low bun. Her second look consisted of a sleeveless flowing knee-length yellow embossed halter neck dress designed by Bottega which had a plunging V-neckline. She completed the look with a matching handbag.
In the meantime, Kylie was seen wearing similar formal looks for her vacation in Paris earlier in June. She donned a sleeveless long black dress which came with a plunging neckline in one ensemble. She completed the look with a pair of black sunglasses. For another occasion, she looked chic in a sleeveless long halterneck dress.
