AceShowbiz - Armie Hammer has seemingly enjoyed his time after sexual assault charges against him were dropped. On Friday, June 16, the "Call Me by Your Name" actor was spotted having dinner with Alicia Vikander in Rome, Italy.
The 36-year-old and his pal, who starred alongside each other in the 2015 movie "The Man from UNCLE" and 2020's "Freak Shift", reportedly enjoyed a meal at Roscioli Salumeria. Eyewitnesses additionally told Page Six that the actress' husband, Michael Fassbender, was not present.
Despite Michael's absence, Armie and Alicia were not alone. It was said that they were joined by two other unidentified individuals. Of the outing, a source said, "[It was] nothing scandalous."
Armie has been keeping a low profile after he was accused of sexual misconduct by several women. On May 31, however, it was announced that he won't face sexual assault charges following an investigation into an alleged assault in 2017.
After the announcement, Armie declared in a social media post that he will begin the "long, difficult process of putting my life back together" after his name was cleared, and he also thanked those who stood by him through the ordeal. He wrote, "I am very grateful to the District Attorney for conducting a thorough investigation and coming to the conclusion that I have stood by this entire time, that no crime was committed. I look forward to beginning what will be a long, difficult process of putting my life back together now that my name is cleared."
In the caption, Armie penned, "I would like to say a very special thank you to all of the people who have helped me get through this time." He then added, "Onwards and upwards."
