Words on the street are the 'Big Little Lies' star and her talent agent husband get their friends 'worried' as they have drifted apart amid their very different lifestyles.

AceShowbiz - Reese Witherspoon and Jim Toth have relatively managed to keep their private lives out of the spotlight, but that doesn't mean their relationship doesn't come with its own challenge. The pair's marriage is reportedly on the rocks as they have been living "separate lives."
At the root of their issue is allegedly their very different lifestyles. As the actress is often kept busy with her work and family obligations, her husband "prefers a quieter existence" and to remain out of the spotlight.
"Jim is hardly ever with her and it wasn't always like that," a source told Radar Online. "Friends are worried that they've stopped putting the work in." While the talent agent has adjusted to living in the public eye, he still "likes to escape the noise," claimed the insider. "The hecticness that surrounds Reese is a lot and sometimes too much to handle."
The source dished that they can go "days" without interacting at times, adding, "If they do, it's usually about their son." But when Reese is home, Jim can be hard to pin down. "She'll free up time for him and then he disappears off to hang with his buddies," a second source claimed. "There have definitely been - and are - issues in their marriage."
Apparently, the couple acknowledges these "issues" as they have allegedly sought help through therapy, claiming their relationship has "ebbs and flows" like many others. The second insider noted though that the pair have never thought about getting a divorce as "Jim would have to do something really bad for her to push the divorce button."
Reese and Jim tied the knot on March 26, 2011 at Libbey Ranch in Ojai, California. They have a son together, 10-year-old Tennessee James Toth. She also shares two children, 23-year-old daughter Ava and 19-year-old son Deacon, with her ex-husband Ryan Phillippe.
