The new album was executive produced by Slim Shady himself and Dr. Dre. Featuring 13 tracks in total, the album features guest appearances from Joyner Lucas on "Lucky You", Royce Da 5'9" on "Not Alike" and Toronto R&B singer Jessie Reyez on "Nice Guy" and "Good Guy".

"Li li li like a solid bowl, Edgar Allen Paul/ Bed ridden, should've been dead a long time ago."

As for the artwork for the album, it is inspired by Beastie Boys' 1986 hit "Licensed to Ill" with its jet stabilizer and rudder being displayed against a khaki backdrop. The flipside has the jet crashing on something. "Tried not 2 overthink this 1... enjoy," Em tweeted when he announced the album.

Fans immediately took to Twitter to express how shock they were when Em dropped the album without any warning. This man is BLACKING!!!!!"

"Kamikaze" is the follow up to Em's ninth studio album "Revival", which hit the stores on December 15, 2017. The latter set debuted at No. 1 on Billboard 200 chart, making him become the first act to have eight album arrive atop the chart consecutively.
