AceShowbiz - Adult actress Stormy Daniels' husband has filed for divorce a week after she told police she was no longer married during an arrest at an Ohio strip club.
Daniels' attorney, Michael Avenatti, announced the news in a statement on Monday, July 23.
"My client Stormy Daniels and her husband Glen have decided to end their marriage...," he said. "Stormy's daughter remains her number one priority."
Stormy, who made headlines earlier this year over having an alleged affair with U.S. leader Donald Trump, married Glendon Crain in 2015.
The couple has rarely been seen together in public since the Trump scandal broke.
Crain has also been granted a restraining order against the X-rated actress, prohibiting her from coming in contact with him or their seven-year-old daughter.
Daniels allegedly wanted to take the kid on tour, where she would allegedly be on a bus with other adult performers. Crain feared this might put their daughter at risk of physical and emotional harm.
He also claims his estranged wife "committed adultery" but hasn't gone into details in the filed paperwork.
Crain will attend a hearing to reportedly make the restraining order permanent on Friday, July 27.
