Stefano Gabbana has sparked the outrage of Selena's fans after dissing the actress and agreeing with an Instagram user who compares Selena to a Pomeranian dog.

AceShowbiz - Dolce & Gabbana designer Stefano Gabbana is on the receiving end of a major backlash after calling Selena Gomez "ugly" on Instagram.
The controversial Italian fashion guru made the rude comment in a caption section beneath an image of the singer and actress, posted by The Catwalk Italia on Tuesday, June 12.
He wrote: "E proprio brutta!!!", which translates to "She's so ugly!!!".
And when another commenter suggested Selena "looks like a Pomeranian dog", Stefano went even further by supporting the diss in a cruel response, "hahahahahaha is true hahahaha," he wrote.
Although the Hands to Myself singer has yet to comment on the cruel remarks, Tommy Dorfman, an actor on 13 Reasons Why, the Netflix show she produces, rushed to her defence.
"@stefanobabbana you're tired and over. your homophobic, misogynistic, body-shaming existence will not thrive in 2018," he wrote online. "it is no longer tolerable or chic. please take many seats".
Other Instagrammers were also disgusted by Stefano's statements, vowing to boycott his brand, with one fan condemning the designer for bullying.
"Shame on you for online bullying. Doesn't matter if 1 million people see it or 1 person, it's bullying. It's wrong," the user said, while another slammed him for making such an immature statement as a "grown a** man".
"dear Stefano Gabbana, it's because of people like you that young girls around the globe have body image issues," a fan tweeted on Twitter. "that comment was beyond despicable and you REALLY lost all the respect the fashion world had for you constantly acting so immaturely. no class whatsoever".
This isn't the first time Gabbana's insulting statements have sparked outrage - he lit up The Catwalk Italia Instagram profile page just last week, June 08 by slamming Kate Moss' Saint Laurent outfit, writing: "No", to indicate his disapproval for her look.
Gay designer Stefano has also been accused of homophobia, after he and his business partner Domenico Dolce, who is also openly homosexual, came out against LGBTQ families in 2015.
"We oppose gay adoptions," Dolce told Panorama magazine. "The only family is the traditional one … No chemical offsprings and rented uterus. Life has a natural flow, there are things that should not be changed".
