Scott's denials came just hours after Nicole Eggert and Alexander Polinsky held a press conference together in which Alexander alleged Scott exposed his genitals to him.

AceShowbiz - Scott Baio has responded to all harassment allegations made by former "Charles in Charges" co-stars, Nicole Eggert and Alexander Polinsky, against him. On Wednesday, February 14, Scott, through his spokesman Brian Glicklich and civil attorney Jennifer McGrath, denied them during a press conference in Los Angeles.

"For reasons I don't understand, I am the target of false claims that threaten everything that is important in my life. I am hurt and I am angry, but mostly, I am stunned that anybody can be so cruel to attack not just me, but my family," Scott, who didn't attend the press conference because he was with his family at his daughter's school event, said in a statement.

"Scott denies every single claim of inappropriate behavior and there is absolutely nothing when you examine the facts and the evidence and the claims that have been made -- almost every one of them can be refuted with evidence," Scott's reps said. The reps assumed that Nicole and Polinsky orchestrated "gigantic media tout" due to their "hunger for publicity," adding that the two have started a "media witch hunt."

"Alexander Polinsky, like Nicole Eggert, has made multiple inconsistent statements. And just like Eggert, Polinsky makes his statements in front of cameras with his lawyer Lisa Bloom, who many of you know, just defended Harvey Weinstein," Jennifer said in her opening remarks at the press conference. She added, "We certainly would prefer not to have all of this back and forth in the media, but we feel like we're left with no choice, because unfortunately, Ms. Eggert and Mr. Polinsky and Ms. Bloom chose to litigate this in the media on an almost daily basis."

Scott's denials came just hours after Nicole and Alexander, alongside their lawyer Lisa Bloom, held a press conference together in L.A. During the press conference, Alexander detailed the abuse he allegedly got from Scott during the filming of "Charles in Charge".

"I observed Scott with our co-star Nicole on his lap backstage. I was so naïve, I innocently hopped on his lap (with her) expecting to hear a story about Fonzie or 'Happy Days' or something awesome," he explained, adding that Scott called him a homosexual slur. "I felt confusion, shame and then fear when I realized I had judged the situation wrong. Their touching was not innocent, it was sexual in nature."

Alexander also claimed that Scott once pulled his pants down on set in front of more than a hundred people. According to him, Scott also cut a hole through the canvas wall of his dressing room and exposed his genitals. Not stopping there, Alexander alleged that Scott threw a "burning hot" cup of tea in his face.
