In addition, the ABC series has offered a better look at Black Bolt, his brother Maximus and their costumes in newly-released character posters.

AceShowbiz - Let's get to know more about the "Marvel's Inhumans" Royal Family in newly released character posters. To further increase the hype of ABC's ambitious TV adaptation of Marvel comics, the character posters have been unleashed. The posters feature King Black Bolt, his devious brother Maximus and Queen Medusa.

In one of the posters, Serinda Swan's Medusa is featured sporting her signature "living hair." The poster somehow restores fans' hope for a better portrayal of Medusa's hair on the series as the poster offers a better look at the hair in action. Fans are hoping to see Medusa, whose Inhuman power is being able to control her writhing mass of locks, showcasing her power on the upcoming series. Judging by the poster, it seems like fans have nothing to worry about.

Black Bolt (Anson Mount) and Maximus' (Iwan Rheon) posters, meanwhile, are notably adding in some color to the characters' costumes. The black-and-white background further emphasizes the color addition, which makes the suits cooler than ever. "Black Bolt, Medusa, and Maximus are ready to break out! #Inhumans," the official Twitter account of the series captions the epic posters.

"Marvel's Inhumans" will chronicle "a race of superhumans with diverse and singularly unique powers, [which] were first introduced in Marvel Comics by Stan Lee and Jack Kirby in 1965. Since that time, they have grown in prominence and become some of the most popular and iconic characters in the Marvel Universe. 'Marvel's Inhumans' will explore the never-before-told epic adventure of Black Bolt and the royal family." Also starring on the series are Isabelle Cornish, Sonya Balmores, Mike Moh, Ellen Woglom, Ken Leung, Eme Ikwuakor and Henry Ian Cusick.

The eight-episode series will premiere its first two episodes on Friday, September 29 at 8 P.M. on ABC, before later airing on Friday at 9 P.M. slot. Prior to the TV debut, the first two episodes of "Marvel's Inhumans" will screen in IMAX theaters worldwide for two weeks, starting on September 1.
