New 'Blade Runner 2049' Trailer Predicts War
Movie

Ryan Gosling's LAPD Officer K is looking for Harrison Ford's Rick Deckard to find out what happened to him, before they're attacked.

AceShowbiz - Warner Bros. Pictures has released a new trailer for "Blade Runner 2049" to hype up the anticipation for the long-awaited follow-up to the 1982 film. It opens with a scene where LAPD Officer K (Ryan Gosling) is interrogating Dave Bautista's character in a kitchen, possibly to find out where Rick Deckard (Harrison Ford) is, before it turns physical.

Once Officer K gets a hint about Rick's whereabouts, Robin Wright's character tells him, "That's not possible. If this gets out, we've bought ourselves a war." Officer K finally meets Rick and asks what happened to him. Rick says he was hunted and was forced to cover his tracks. But before he reveals who hunted him, they are attacked.

Rick is once again forced to run for his life as Jared Leto's villainous character Neander Wallace sends his henchman to hunt down Rick or Officer K. "The future of the species has finally unearthed," Neander says at the end of the video.

Thirty years after the events of the first film, a new blade runner, LAPD Officer K, unearths a long-buried secret that has the potential to plunge what's left of society into chaos. K's discovery leads him on a quest to find Rick Deckard, a former LAPD blade runner who has been missing for 30 years.

Also supported by Mackenzie Davis, Sylvia Hoeks, Ana de Armas, David Benson and Barkhad Abdi among others, the movie is directed by Denis Villeneuve. It is due out October 6 in the United States.
