Vertical Entertainment has released a new red band trailer for upcoming raunchy comedy "The Layover". The 2-and-a-half-minute video, which has made its way out online via PEOPLE, introduces Kate Upton and Alexandra Daddario as newly-unemployed best friends Meg and Kate.
The two single ladies decide to take a trip to Florida together after getting fired. The trailer shows how their vacation take a turn for the worse when they meet a hot guy named Ryan, played by Matt Barr, on a plane and begin competing against each other to win his affection.
The three end up at the same hotel after their flight is diverted to St. Louis due to a hurricane threat. "Wanna get a drink?" Ryan asks them. One scene shows the trio dancing together at a nightclub. Elsewhere in the trailer, the two ladies engage in swimsuit competition to seduce the hunky guy.
"The Layover" will be released on August 3 on DirecTV Cinema, followed by a limited theatrical release on September 1. The raunchy comedy flick was directed by William H. Macy, who also has a small role in it. Other supporting cast members include Rob Corddry, Kal Penn and Molly Shannon.
