AceShowbiz - A picture that showed Taylor Swift allegedly being groped by a radio DJ has been obtained by TMZ after being shopped around to the media. The country/pop singer, wearing a mini black dress, is seen posing for a picture with David Mueller and a female fan during a meet-and-greet of her Red Tour.
The trio was all smiles in the photo, but Taylor said in her deposition against Mueller that the radio personality "reached up under my skirt and grabbed my ass right when I was having to pose for a photo." It does look like he put his hand on her behind.
In related news, Taylor Swift's alleged stalker Frank Andrew Hoover was arrested this week after trailing her motorcade in Texas when she was in town for F1 concert and attempting to go on her private plane. He was accused of violating a restraining order that forced him to stay at least 500 feet away from her. He is now being held on $100,000 bond for a third degree felony.
