Landlord of the property where LiLo stays during her time in London demands payment of $95,000 and will petition at court for her bankruptcy if she fails to pay up.

AceShowbiz - Lindsay Lohan is facing bankruptcy after failing to pay rent on her $4.2 million (�3.5 million) flat in London. Landlord of LiLo's property in the exclusive Knightsbridge area demands payment of $95,000 (�77,600) and will petition at court for her bankruptcy if she fails to pay up.
Solicitors Child & Child hand-delivered a letter to LiLo, who was once one of the world's highest-paid actresses, seeking the unpaid rent for the six months to August. The "Mean Girls" actress is given time to pay up until November 8.
In a further blow, LiLo's ex-fiance Egor Tarabasov reportedly has gone to police, demanding her arrest for theft. Egor claims the "Freaky Friday" actress stole £24,000 worth of his belongings, including a Rolex Oyster watch, designer clothing and a small gold crucifix, a friend of the Russian property tycoon reveals.
"Lindsay is in an absolute mess. She has blown virtually all her money, and has basically resigned herself to being declared bankrupt," Egor's friend tells Mail Online, "The whole situation is incredibly tragic, and for Lindsay this is an astonishing fall from grace."
Other items missing from his flat include a Luc Waring painting, a print of Tracey Emin's The Kiss, a diamond-studded ring worth £1,300, a £5,500 Panerai Luminor Marina watch and a pink floral Chanel bag, which he bought for LiLo as a gift but she had never used.
According to the friend, Egor and LiLo are "at loggerheads" over the items. "The thing he really wants back and which, ironically, is of very little monetary value, is a small gold Russian orthodox cross which was given to him by his dead godfather," says the friend.
The bankruptcy news come after LiLo opened a new club called Lohan in Greece with rumored boyfriend Dennis Papageorgi.
