Responding to the leaked video in which Kesha denied Luke ever drugged or raped her, her lawyer Mark Geragos says the singer was threatened by the producer before the deposition.

AceShowbiz - Kesha (formerly Ke$ha) didn't tell the truth about Dr. Luke in a 2011 deposition. Soon after video of the deposition leaked, her lawyer Mark Geragos claims the "TiK ToK" hitmaker was threatened by Luke before the deposition and was too afraid to sing.

Geragos additionally tells the Daily News that "the leak of the video footage Tuesday was likely calculated to strike a blow against Kesha after she received a wave of support from fellow pop stars following a court hearing in New York last week."

"It shows how pathetic this guy is. He's nothing more than his generation's Bill Cosby," Geragos says. "The only people who come out and support him are his paid henchmen. Everybody knows it's a dirty little secret that this guy is bad news."

In the leaked video taken from the 2011 deposition, Kesha and her mom made statements that contradicted her own lawsuit filed against Luke in 2014. In the suit, the singer asked a judge to dismiss her record contract with Luke and Sony, accusing him of abusing her. The judge denied her request though, citing the lack of medical evidence related to the singer's assault allegations.
