The credit card company demanded the actress to pay her debt after two auto-payments bounced off.

AceShowbiz - Tori Spelling was ordered to pay up her bill and when she didn't, a lawsuit was involved. Credit company American Express has filed a lawsuit against the reality TV star in Los Angeles for failing to make payment for months.

According to the lawsuit, Spelling owes $37,981.97 in credit. An auto-payment of $1,070 was rejected by her bank Wells Fargo on June 26. She also failed to pay the minimum amount of $1,477 on August 18. Amex is demanding the remaining balance to be paid plus interest and return payment fee of $27.

Spelling, best known as Donna Martin on her dad's hit show "Beverly Hills, 90210", has revealed financial troubles in the past. She said back in 2013 that she and husband Dean McDermott could not afford a vasectomy after the birth of their fourth child. In the October 2014 episode of "True Tori", she also revealed how she had so many people to take care of. "I feel so responsible for so many people and I can't do it. [I can't handle] the responsibility of having to take care of so many people financially, the fear of that. [It] doesn't matter," she said.

Spelling allegedly only inherited $800,000 from TV mogul Aaron Spelling's $500 million fortune when he died in 2006. Her mother took away hundreds of millions of dollars.
