AceShowbiz - Is this an Earth-2 version of Barry Allen? On Wednesday morning, December 9, Grant Gustin was spotted filming "The Flash" at Queen Elizabeth Theatre, Vancouver, but there's something different with him.

The way he dressed that day doesn't look like the usual Barry. Wearing glasses, a bow tie and a vest, he looked like a nerd. He was standing on the street, apparently reporting on a smoking, overturned car.

YVRShoots which obtained the images speculate that this could be an Earth-2 version of Barry. However, some fans think it's not Earth-2's Barry, but it's just Barry travelling to Earth-2 and going undercover.

Tom Cavanagh (Harrison Wells) and Carlos Valdes (Cisco) were also spotted on the set that day. Meanwhile, Jay Garrick (Teddy Sears) was seen back in his Speedster costume while filming a scene with a man in a black costume, possibly metahuman Geomancer.

In other news, Variety has reported that comedian Tone Bell will join the cast in the second half of season 2 as Scott Evans, Iris' (Candice Patton) new boss, who is described as a "brash new editor at Central City Picture News. Devoted to hard journalism, Evans will push Iris and all his reporters to dig deeper into their stories and report the truth about what's really happening in Central City." He will appear in multiple episodes.

"The Flash" returns Tuesday, January 19 on The CW.
