Olivia, Fitz and Jake must hatch a new plan after a mass murderer escaped from prison.

AceShowbiz - Nothing comes without a price. Olivia just had her issue about her affair with Fitz fixed on "Scandal", but now she has to pay. In the latest episode, [SPOILER ALERT!] Mellie released Olivia's father Rowan from prison and he fixed everything for her, but now Olivia owes Mellie and she may have created a new problem for herself.
In a preview for the next episode, Jake couldn't be more shocked to learn that Rowan is now free. Calling him a "mass murderer," Jake plans to find Rowan and "put a bullet in his head." Abby, meanwhile, is seemingly worried about what Mellie will make Olivia do for her.
"Even the Devil Deserves a Second Chance" airs Thursday, November 5 at 9/8c on ABC. While Fitz is focused on winning back the American people, he makes a shocking discovery. Meanwhile, OPA takes on a new client, but Olivia seems preoccupied keeping her own secrets, and Elizabeth North sets her sights on a new agenda.
