Pregnant Briana Jungwirth was seen stepping out solo for grocery shopping in Los Angeles on Friday, July 17 after news of her expecting a child with Louis Tomlinson broke out.

AceShowbiz - Louis Tomlinson's baby mama Briana Jungwirth was pictured for the first time in Los Angeles on Friday, July 17 since the baby news broke out. Briana looked relaxed as she stepped out solo for grocery shopping wearing a black sweatshirt, pants and white shoes.

The Los Angeles-based stylist was seen chatting away on her cellphone as she walked down the street carrying a brown shopping bag. She's believed to be 12 weeks pregnant with the One Direction member's baby.

Following the baby news, Louis was told by Simon Cowell to "man up." In an interview with The Sun, Simon revealed how he reacted when he first heard about the news, "I said to him, 'You man up. You're fortunate because you're in a position to be able to look after the baby and not worry too much about that.' But I also told him, 'I've received bad calls in my life but this is not one of them. This is your business but I'm here for you.' "

Simon insisted that the baby news should not be taken as something negative. "The X Factor" judge said, "[Louis] didn't kill anyone. He got someone pregnant. It happens every day all over the world. Again, Louis has got great family around him and, look, it's a plus, not a negative."

During the interview, Simon confirmed that One Direction would take a hiatus next year after releasing their fifth album. "In terms of the band, they've got enough hits now they can take some time off and do some other stuff they want to do. Then I hope they'll have a little bit of time apart and want to get back together again. It's a fun job, but it's absolutely their decision."

Simon also confirmed that he axed Zayn Malik from Syco Music. He explained, "Well, because it was his decision to leave the group and we hadn't asked him to do it, I felt my main responsibility was to the band. They didn't ask for it to happen either and I did sign One Direction as a group."

"But luckily within Sony there are a lot of labels who are really good. I had a feeling there was one particular label who would love to have him and they did," he added, "It enables them to treat him as a priority and us to carry on with what we're doing with the boys. It also means no one has any nerves about whether we're working harder on them or him."
