The lawyers of the 'Keeping Up with the Kardashians' star have issued a cease and desist letter to the paper who published 'invasive and illegal' photos of him wearing dress at his house.

AceShowbiz - Bruce Jenner has finally taken legal action against photographers who took photos of him from his private building. According to Radar Online, Bruce's lawyers have sent a cease and desist letter to New York Daily News after they published "invasive and illegal" photos of him wearing dress on the cover of their paper and their website on Wednesday, April 22.

A source told the site, "Bruce's lawyers wasted no time in hitting back hard. They sent correspondence stating that withdrawing the images didn't constitute his waiver of pursuing further legal action including suing for invasion of privacy. By taking immediate action, Bruce wants it known that these type of invasive and illegal photos won't be tolerated." The photos have since been removed from New York Daily News website.

Bruce previously called police to "hunt for the paparazzi who have been perched on a nearby hillside and taking aim with telephoto lenses" as it's illegal to use telephoto lenses to shoot the private locations of the people they're shooting.

While Bruce is taking legal actions against paper who published his dress photos, alleged photos of him wearing bikini have been published by Who Magazine on the cover for its latest issue. The cover was headlined "Bruce Jenner NEW BODY, NEW LIFE. After rumored breast surgery, the star is finally ready to go public".

The alleged photos showed Bruce wearing a black bikini top and light blue shorts "at his Malibu home." The publication cited its insider that Bruce's "recovery hasn't been that difficult - he went with a smaller implant."
