Lindsay Lohan's stepmother was arrested after her husband called a cop for physical attack she did when she was drunk.

AceShowbiz - Lindsay Lohan's stepmother, Kate Major Lohan, was arrested for drunkenly attacking her husband, Michael Lohan, on Thursday, April 16. According to TMZ, Michael called Boca Raton police at 7:02 P.M., reporting Kate had struck him.
Michael said that Kate came home after having dinner and was visibly drunk. She began to physically strike him by scratching down his back. Unfortunately, he didn't wear a shirt at that time.
When the police came, Kate was visibly intoxicated and smelled of alcohol. The police said that she slurred her words as she admitted that she had several glasses of wine instead of an alcohol addiction. According to Kate, the battle began when Michael was accusing her of cheating on him with a guy at her new gym. Kate also claimed Michael grabbed her by the throat. "She began to say that (Michael Lohan) grabbed her throat, she then scratched at her throat area in an attempt to create red marks," the report said. But there is no visible sign of injury in her body.
Michael was actually blaming ex-wife Dina for the incident. "At the end of the day, this is all because of what Dina is doing in court. It affects Kate too, and like anyone with a drug or alcohol problem, when they can't handle the stress, they resort to drinking," he said.
Officers took Kate to the Palm Beach County Jail and booked her for battery, but she's been released on her own recognizance. In an interview with Us Magazine on Friday, April 17, Kate admitted she is now focusing on her family as she gets back on track. "My main concern is the welfare of my children who are MY life and I am refocusing on my sobriety," she said. "Please respect our family's privacy at this time."
Kate married Michael in October 2013 and the couple was blessed with two sons, 2-year-old Landon and 3-month-old Logan. She recently served a few months behind bars for a DUI arrest. She was also on probation after pleading guilty to battery following a 2012 fight with two neighbors.
