According to a new police report, Cle 'Bone' Sloan admitted he 'contacted Knight and began to punch him through the driver side window.'

AceShowbiz - Cle "Bone" Sloan, the man who survived Suge Knight's hit and run, has admitted to police that he assaulted Suge before he was hit by the music mogul's truck. In a police report obtained by New York Daily News, Cle made the stunning admission when he's lying on hospital bed with several lacerations to his head.

According to the police report, Cle said he and Suge had a verbal dispute at a prior location and then made a beeline for the music mogul when he spotted him at Tam's Burgers. Cle said he "contacted Knight and began to punch him through the driver side window." He added that Suge "tried to exit the red Ford but was stopped by his punches."

Cle told police that he was walking away from Suge's truck when he heard someone screaming, "Look Out!" When he was attempting to turn around, he was struck and run over by Suge's truck.

Suge's attorney Matthew Fletcher told the site on Tuesday, March 17 that Cle was the one who initiated both altercations and his client never got out of his car at either locations. "Sloan is trying to exculpate himself but all the while he's just killing himself. It's monumental," Matthew said. "What Sloan has done is admit he initiated this fight. Suge never exited his vehicle. He was accosted by Sloan who challenged him to fight."

He added, "Sloan's own words prove he drove across the entire city of Compton in order to have a confrontation with Mr. Knight. At some point in time the facts have to speak for themselves. There's no reason Mr. Knight should be in jail. Mr. Sloan proved by his own words what his intentions were and what he accomplished."
