The country singer sings most of the songs on the setlist alone and enlists the help of his opening act for a duet of 'That's Damn Rock and Roll' during the show in Salt Lake City, Utah.

AceShowbiz - Eric Church didn't let a stomach bug stop him from performing for fans. The country superstar decided to keep the Saturday night, January 31 concert in Salt Lake City, Utah going on after he found out that the members of his band got sick with the stomach flu.

Church took the stage at the city's EnergySolutions Arena alone with just guitar in hand. He sang 19 songs on the setlist mostly by himself, although he was sometimes joined by his guitarists. He also got a little help from Lzzy Hale, whose band Halestorm has been serving as Church's opening act, for "That's Damn Rock and Roll".

The Saturday show was part of Church's ongoing "The Outsiders World Tour", which was launched in support of his latest album "The Outsiders". Following the concert, the singer explained his surprise solo set in a Facebook post.

"If you've seen our show so far on this tour, you're probably wondering what the hell is going on right now. Well, so am I," Church wrote. "Here's the deal: Yesterday we had the stomach flu strike our band, our crew, everyone. We had no one to hang video, lights, nothing. But I'm still here. I'm still standing.

"We've talked about how every show on 'The Outsiders' tour is different. Well, tonight will be the most different one. S**t there's nobody left. It's just me. I'm going to give you everything I got," he added and promised a make-up show scheduled for Memorial Day on May 25.
