AceShowbiz - Budweiser has debuted a touching Super Bowl commercial featuring a puppy and a horse which were previously introduced in their 2014 ad. Debuted online on Wednesday, January 28, the 1-minute video sees the super cute puppy being separated from its best friend, the horse, after getting into a truck.
The dog's owner, who has no idea the puppy boards the truck, puts the missing dog ad with no result. The puppy is covered in dirt when it nearly reaches home, only to see danger in the form of an angry wolf. The two best friends eventually are back together, much to their owner's delight. He celebrates the reunion in the stable with a bottle of drink.
Sleeping at Last's cover of The Proclaimers' "I'm Gonna Be (500 Miles)" is played in the background during the ad for maximum effect. "But I would walk five hundred miles/ And I would walk five hundred more/ Just to be the man who walked a thousand miles to fall down at your door," the vocalist sings over the weep-inducing piano.
