The 'On the Floor' hitmaker previously changed her name to Jennifer Muniz when she was married to Anthony, but now she has changed it back.

AceShowbiz - Jennifer Lopez has officially changed her name after previously carrying her former husband Marc Anthony's surname. Lopez changed her name to Jennifer Muniz when she got married to Anthony, whose real name is Marco Muniz, in 2004. The "On the Floor" hitmaker got her name back on December 31 according to court documents obtained by TMZ.
News about the name change surfaced on the heels of an HBO documentary "Jennifer Lopez: Dance Again" in which she broke down in tears when she recalled their split. "I remember being on the set and being in my dressing room and not feeling like I could get up in the morning and there's just no pain like that," she said.
"There's no pain or failure like going through a divorce. That hope, that dream, that fairytale, with that first time that dream gets blown to pieces, you feel like you're going to die. You feel like you failed. You feel like no matter how hard I tried, I couldn't make it work," the singer continued.
Lopez and Anthony decided to call it quits in 2010. They share two children together, Emme and Max. Anthony got married to Shannon De Lima in November.
