Taylor Swift Gets Makeunder for Wonderland's Cover

The 'Shake It Off' hitmaker looks nearly unrecognizable with bold eyebrows and nude-colored lipstick instead of her favorite red shade on the magazine cover.

AceShowbiz - Taylor Swift undergoes dramatic makeunder on the cover of Wonderland's latest edition. The pop star, who is enjoying the success of her latest album "1989", looks nearly unrecognizable with slicked back hair, bold brows and minimal-looking make up. The "Shake It Off" hitmaker even ditches her usual red lipstick, opting for nude color one.

The photo, taken by Thomas Whiteside, also sees the 24-year-old singer having tanned skin and freckles. Instead of pretty dress, the pop/country star wears a simple white knitted sweater by BOSS on the front page of the magazine, hitting the shelves on Thursday, November 13.

In an interview for the spread, Swift talks about some topics such as her successful album, social media and single life. "I've been with myself for so long now, I like it," she says of her current single status. "I'm not willing to give up that independence for anyone. Basically, there's the tiniest, tiniest, tiniest chance you might find someone you can have a real and long-lasting relationship with. In my teenage years, I was enamored by the idea of romance because I thought it was going to be this 'happily ever after' situation."

She also talks about the "dark underbelly" of social media. "Twitter's dark underbelly is that it gives people a veil of anonymity: they can have a terrible day at work, feel awful about themselves, come home and get drunk and go call someone ugly on Instagram. If people don't have anyone to talk to about [their problems], they go online and just say wicked, gross, cruel mean-spirited things about people," she is quoted as saying.
