The acoustic ballad is the first song to have surfaced from the duo's collaborative album, which currently has no official release date.

AceShowbiz - The first offering from Justin Bieber and Cody Simpson's highly-anticipated collaborative album if finally out. On the song titled "Home to Mama", released on Tuesday, November 11, the duo sings about finding the perfect girl they want their mothers to meet.

" 'Cause I'll take you home to mama, I'll let you meet my friends/ 'Cause you don't come with drama, so I want you till the world ends," Bieber croons the slow-tempo radio-friendly ballad over the acoustic guitar.

"Home to Mama" was first teased with a short video shared back in September showing both Simpson and pal Bizzle performing the song in a living room. Before dropping the track earlier on Tuesday, the Australian singer teased it again by sharing its cover art on Instagram.

"@justinbieber mate let's give them a little something today," he said, captioning a picture of him and Bieber wearing hats while strumming their guitars.

Bieber and Simpson confirmed that they were working on a joint album in early September, a month after they were pictured hitting the studio together. "It is a smack bang duets [album]," Simpson told Sydney Daily Telegraph at the time. "Justin has been a good mate of mine for a while. It's just us writing."

"He told me he felt like I'd figured myself out and have grown into what he knows I will be so he was like, 'I see you as that guitarist, singer, songwriter you've always wanted to be.' I play all the guitars on the album," he added. For now, it's still unclear when the project will be released.
