AceShowbiz - Amanda Bynes arrived in New York on Friday morning, October 3 following her Los Angeles DUI arrest earlier this week. The "All That" alum was spotted wearing a large bandage on her face as she made her way through JFK Airport.
In some pictures obtained by Mail Online, Amanda could be seen donning a cropped sweater with a jumper tied around her waist and a pair of grey jeans. She was fussing with her freshly dyed blonde hair.
The night before, Amanda was reportedly "talking to herself" when she was having a meal at a LAX airport restaurant. An eyewitness told E! Online that Amanda came to the restaurant at around 11:00 P.M. "She sat down at a booth, which is normally reserved for groups," the eyewitness said. "They let her stay at the booth because she was Amanda Bynes and they knew her history. She asked for extra napkins before she even placed an order."
The eyewitness continued, "Amanda was at the table by herself with all her makeup spread out across the table. She was talking to herself and putting on a ton of makeup. She would apply some, look in her compact and make weird pouty faces and then say to herself, 'Ok, that looks fine.' "
"She was very coherent in the way she spoke to the staff," the source additionally said, "Amanda said she was heading home to New York because she had an apartment there. She didn't seem like she was on drugs or anything, because she talked very normal. But her mannerisms told a different story. She was really fidgety and really sloppy in the way she ate her food."
The eyewitness said Amanda "was only there for 20 minutes", ordering "a Shirley Temple and coconut shrimp." The source added, "When she got up to leave, she practically bolted out of there. She had a really weird gait to her, she was power walking with posture like a pregnant woman. It was bizarre."
Amanda was previously arrested for DUI at Van Nuys, California on Sunday. She got released after posting a $15,000 bail and ordered to appear in court on October 23.
