Hogan has asked the management of Hogan's Beach not to display their dress code sign which features rules such as no excessively baggy attire, low-hanging pants and excessive jewelry.

AceShowbiz - Hulk Hogan has ordered the management of a Tampa, Florida eatery Hogan's Beach to remove a sign featuring dress code which seemingly targeted certain people. The wrestler asked the staff to take the sign down after he was made aware of the rules posted on it which include no excessively baggy attire, low-hanging pants or shorts and oversized or excessive jewelry among others.

Hogan, who only licenses his name for the eatery, tells TMZ that the sign now has been removed permanently. According to Hogan, the sign was modeled after those posted at Las Vegas and Miami pool parties and was never meant to be racist.

The eatery made headlines on Thursday, September 25 as a photo of the sign was posted by the entertainment site. In addition to the said items, the dress code list also featured no hats facing sideways or back facing, high top sneakers, plain white T-shirts, oversized T-shirts, sports or sleeveless jerseys, du-rags or bandanas among others.

An employee at the restaurant told the site that people could wear anything, but the rules were strictly enforced during concerts. Hogan, who said that he did not know anything about the sign when contacted by the site, promised to talk to the managers about it before ordering them to remove the sign.
