Kris Jenner reportedly has hired a security team to guard her Calabasas property after a paparazzo allegedly trespassed the house, prompting Kim Kardashian to call the police.
Security around Kris Jenner's home reportedly has been tightened following an alleged paparazzi intrusion over the weekend. According to TMZ, the TV personality has hired guards to make sure that no uninvited people can enter the property.
A paparazzo allegedly was seen at the back of the house over the weekend. Kris attempted to catch the paparazzo while Kim Kardashian filmed the situation using a phone. "OK, there is a paparazzi in that snuck into our gated community," Kim described the incident in a Keek video.
She later handed the phone to a person called Julian. "Take my phone, because I don't want to go outside," she said. Julian asked, "And video him?" Soon barefoot Kris can be seen dashing to the yard and searching the paparazzo in bushes. However, the photographer apparently was not found.
A source close to the family told E! News that there was a trespasser in the house's backyard. "Someone was in the area behind the house. It is the second time they saw someone out there," the source said, adding that the family has contacted the L.A. County Sheriff's Department and considers filing a report.
Kim, who has not stepped out in public since giving birth to her daughter North West on June 15, reportedly will make appearance soon. The 32-year-old TV personality apparently will step out publicly before her sister Kylie Jenner's birthday on August 17, so that she won't steal the light.
"Believe it or not, it's not all about Kim. She really wants to go to Kylie's party, and when it comes to the family, Kris wants everyone there. Kim is just working with Kris to figure out the best plan of action," a source told New York Daily News.
The new mother apparently is in talks to make an appearance on her mother's talk show "Kris". If she decides to appear on the show, "Kris won't ask anything that Kim can't make money off of in the future. They'll keep it light and just talk diet and exercise. No baby photo will be shown," the source added.
