Before being seen riding in the same car with his estranged wife, the former California governor reportedly celebrates his 64th birthday by having a lunch with her and their two sons.
Arnold Schwarzenegger has reunited with Maria Shriver for his birthday. The former California governor turned 64 on Saturday, July 30, and was snapped riding in the same car with his estranged wife. Words are, the couple went for some retail therapy at Barney's in Beverly Hills together.
PEOPLE claimed before they went shopping together, Arnold and Maria had lunch at his favorite restaurant, Cafe Roma, with their two sons, Patrick and Christopher. Offering more details was Us Weekly, which reported that the birthday guy "smiled a lot" during the Saturday outing.
The publication additionally noted that it was Maria who paid for the lunch. "Maria grabbed for it," an onlooker recalled. "She was already pulling out her wallet and gave her credit card [to the waiter]." The so-called witness further dished on, "While she gave him the card, she also ordered Arnold an espresso."
Arnold and Maria are in the middle of divorcing. Maria filed for divorce in early July after Arnold admitted to fathering a love child. On July 25, the "Terminator" star himself submitted revised divorce documents that remove his original request to terminate the court's jurisdiction to award his estranged wife financial support.
