There is still no word from Warner Bros Studio regarding the leaked trailer which, despite its convincing qualities, is deemed fake.

There's a 45-second teaser claimed to be that of "The Dark Knight Rises" that has found its way out online. Despite being bootleg and a warning from MPAA at the beginning of the video, many claimed that it's a fake due to several factors.

The internet was abuzz with report that the teaser was played in front of "The Green Lantern" at Italian theaters. The video indeed has shaky picture which is result of a hand-held camera and an audience reaction. However, the fact that the film has barely started shooting and that the release date is a year away prompt fans to question its authenticity.

The primary graphic is only found in one scene where there's a shot of bats swarming a city during storm. The text reads, "The storm is coming to Gotham." The video ends with "summer 2012".

There's a word on the street that Warner Bros Studios wants to market the film as early as possible, as proven with the first look of Tom Hardy's Bane released last month. However, their plan reportedly is to attach the first trailer to "Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 2" this July.
