One of the two men who have allegedly kidnapped Jeremy London has been arrested and is currently being held at the Larry D. Smith Correctional Facility.
A man who has allegedly held Jeremy London at gunpoint has been arrested by police. Identified as 26-year-old man named Brandon Adams, this guy along with a male companion approached the actor when he was trying to change a flat tire outside a hotel in Palm Springs on June 10.
The two men, who were speculated on foot when approaching London, then offered a favor to help him. The actor sought to return their favor by offering them a ride home but they pulled a small hand gun on the actor soon after they were inside the car.
For more than 12 hours, they drove around the neighborhood with London who has history of drug addiction, forcing him to smoke dope, "purchase booze and hand it out in a gang area of Palm Springs." The "Party of Five" star managed to escape without his car on the next day at around 3. A.M. and contacted police.
Later that day, his kidnapper was arrested and charged with kidnapping, robbery, possession of stolen property, vehicle theft, carjacking and using a firearm during the commission of a felony. He is currently being held at the Larry D. Smith Correctional Facility as detectives continues to investigate the case.
"Thankfully, Jeremy London survived his terrorizing ordeal in Palm Springs last week - although understandably shaken and scared, he is currently working closely with law enforcement as they investigate the horrific turn of events," London's spokesperson Dominic Friesen told E! News. "Jeremy is spending quality time in an undisclosed location with family and friends, and appreciates the overwhelming support from his fans."
