"Harry Potter" leading actor Daniel Radcliffe has denied reports of him only willing to date older women. He is quoted as telling WENN, "It's just the fact I've been out with a couple of women that are slightly older than me and I don't know, I just enjoy it more. I think it's the mature thing if anything else, certainly. But then that was when I was a bit younger. When I was younger I liked older women but now ... who knows? I don't really have a type - my mum reckons I have a type, but I don't."
Above all, Daniel only has one requirement for girls who dream to be his leading lady; they should be shorter than him. "I probably couldn't ever go out with anyone who's a lot taller than me. I mean look at me, you know - it wouldn't be right," he explains.
Daniel Radcliffe usually keeps his lips tightly sealed about his love life. However, in a recent interview with Parade Magazine he opened up, "Girls my own age are not really an option. I find, generally speaking, they have to be entertained more than older girls do. So most of the girls I have had serious things with are generally sort of in their 20s."
It was the statement that ignited rumors of him avoiding romance involvement with girls of his age. The fact that he once was reported dating his "Equus" co-star Laura O'Toole, who's four years older than him, added fuel to the rumor.
