Jessica Biel could star in "Thor". Nuke the Fridge reported that their sources have claimed the actress is in talks to join the cast of Marvel's upcoming superhero film. It was also mentioned that Biel could be recruited to portray Thor's love interest.
The sources were not sure about the name of the character potentially carried out by Biel, but they believe it is likely to be one of the female characters from the animated "Hulk vs Thor". If the rumor is true, Biel could end up playing either Sif or Amora. Sif is an Asgardian warrior to whom Thor is interested in, while The Enchantress Amora is described as a powerful sorceress who seeks to make Thor fall in love with her. No word just yet from Biel's camp regarding this rumor.
"Thor" is another superhero movie adapted from Marvel comics and will be directed by Kenneth Branagh. The stars which have been officially announced to join the project include Chris Hemsworth as the title character, Tom Hiddleston as villain Loki and Samuel L. Jackson as Nick Fury. The flick is scheduled to hit U.S. theaters on May 20, 2011.
