New report has just surfaced by the hour that 's health condition is declining. She is said to have been treated in the intensive care unit of the undisclosed Los Angeles hospital where she's been treated since two weeks ago for her long battle with anal cancer.

Her loved ones, including longtime partner Ryan O'Neal, have been staying by her side to say their final goodbyes. Farrah's friend and hairdresser of 18 years, Mela Murphy, is also at her bed side, so does her actress friend Alana Stewart. In addition to them all, a priest has also been called in to the hospital. No sign of Farrah and Ryan's son Redmond James O'Neal's presence though.

Arnold Robinson, Farrah's publicist, declines to comment on the mounting reports that the actress' health is worsening, simply telling reporters the star "is still being treated for her condition." Amidst sketchy details surrounding the ailing actress' latest condition, Kansas City Star has obtained a short message written by Farrah's business partner. The post read, Farrah "is in intensive care and is supported by catholic priests consistent with her faith. I have reports that Farrah has received last rights. It is time now to make contact with your god and say a prayer."

Man - some hateful comments on here regarding Lee Majors. I've read a tribute he gave to her after her death which is moving and love-filled. Why bring up things better left unsaid at a time like this? It certainly does no good. If you've ever been in any type of close, loving relationship, you should know that there are time you say things you really don't mean. Grow up and get some manners--those mean-spirited comments are no better than the libelous content they contain. Off the soapbox--I loved Farrah. As a teen when she first burst on the seen, and I grew to love her work. I appreciated her quirkiness, but I respected her independence. The documentary made me respect her more than I have any celebrity I can think of at this moment. She's now in a place that knows no pain and serving her God to whom she remained faithful.

God Bless Farrahs' family and friends. I had hoped for a very different outcome for Ryan and Farrah and I hope each family member and friend is able to find strength and peace in the coming months. I loved Farrah as a little girl... looked up to her even. It's a tragedy and so very sad. Rest in Peace.

Lee once quoted that only he shared the shower with Farrah but about the time she took up with Ryan, Lee noted she would shower with anyone who bought her shampoo. Maybe her sexual past did catch up with her. I am not slamming Farrah - I am saying know who you have relationships with

Lee Major quoted all those years ago "If you love someone set them free and if they come back to you then they were truly yours". He was devastated to lose this beautiful woman and I remember it took him a really long time to get over her. She really was a very special person - a wonderful icon who kept her beautiful reputation throughout her career. God bless you Ms Fawcett and your family.

I had long blonde hair in high school but I cut it in my senior year. Right after that Farrah's hair style became extremely popular. Damn! Rest in peace Farrah. I hope you are on a beautiful beach somewhere back in your glory days.

When I was in high school, we chased the Farrah Fawcett, Charlie's Angels, hair. We tried so hard to get it right...fast forward 30 plus years. So brave she was, so hard she fought. I am in awe of her. She is truly with the angels now. Now, I have heard of Michael Jackson's passing. I'm sorry for his family, but I hope his passing does not overshadow Farrah, because she deserves better.

Regarding Lee Majors, he was last quoted as saying he thought Farrah's 'cancer' story 'was a little bit over the top' - sounded bitter and not particularly sympathetic to me. God bless and keep Farrah - she fought the good fight - now it is time to rest in the arms of God. Good-bye, sweet lady...

I wonder if Lee Majors would be allowed to see Farrah one last time. You may remember Lee Majors and Farrah were married in 1973-82. I know it is too private a question, but I just wondered if Farrah has had any contact with Lee Majors during her time with cancer.
