After confirming that she has started the work for her new album, the pop singer has now announced the exact release date for her upcoming fifth studio set.
Pink has just revealed new details about her upcoming album by announcing the official release date for her fifth studio set to the press. The pop singer stated that her yet-to-be-titled LP is being scheduled to hit the stores on October 28.
From the new LP, Pink will be dropping "So What" as the first single and it is being set to be released through radio airplay on August 18. The track itself was written by the pop star with the help from Max Martin and Dave Meyers.
Beside the audio, the music video for the single has also been prepared and it will be directed by Dave. Unfortunately, there are no official date yet on when the video will be premiered but reports said that she will promote the upcoming clip during her appearance as guest commentator at FNMTV on July 25 and August 1.
On the new album, Pink has also confirmed that she is working with renown music producers, such as Danja, Butch Walker, Billy Mann and Egg White. Before dropping the new album, the "Get the Party Started" hit maker has already dropped four other albums and the latest one that she spawned was "I'm Not Dead" in 2006.
