The young country singer has revealed more details about her upcoming second studio album by revealing its release date to the press.
Country singer Kellie Pickler has ended her fans' long wait for her sophomore album's release after she finally announced the due date for her new LP. Kelly has confirmed that her second outing, which will be self-titled, is being set to hit the stores on September 30 via 19 Recordings/BNA Nashville.
Revealing her excitement about her new LP, Kellie told the press, "I'm so excited and proud of the new album. The material on the new album is part small town girl, but also a reflection of the experiences I've had over the last two years." Moreover, she also said, "I've matured, some, seen a lot more of the world. This album is me, this is who I am and where I am."
Not only revealing about the self-titled record's release date, Kellie has also confirmed some of the tracks that will be on the new album. The new LP will feature songs such as, "Don't You Know You're Beautiful", which is set as the first single and has been released on June 9, "Best Days Of Your Life", which also features Taylor Swift's vocal, and "Rocks Instead Of Rice."
Beside preparing the release of her new album Kellie is also setting up for other music projects. The country star, reportedly will be touring this summer and perform as well as co-hosting the CMA Music Festival: Country's Night to Rock, set to air on September 8 on ABC.
