Willie Nelson and Larry Miller are both reported to have signed deal to take part in Scott Marshall's "Blonde Ambition."
Following the step of Penelope Ann Miller, Willie Nelson and Larry Miller have both been confirmed to eagerly join the cast of comedy flick "Blonde Ambition", the loose remake of the 1988 film "Working Girl" coming from Nu Image/Millennium Films and Sony Entertainment.
Also lining up with the likes of Jessica Simpson, Luke Wilson, Rachael Leigh Cook, and Andy Dick, Nelson is billed to portray the grandfather of Simpson's character while Miller will play the CEO of an international conglomerate. The film itself focuses on a young woman played by Simpson who gets caught in the middle of a scheme set by two ruthless business execs to overthrow the head of the conglomerate.
Slated for a 2007 release, pic is currently filming using locations in New York and Shreveport, Louisiana with Scott Marshall directing from script penned by Matthew Flanagan, David McHugh, Jessica O'Toole, and Amy Rardin. Justin Berfield, Jason Felts, Lati Grobman, David E. Ornston, and Joe Simpson are all producing.
