Dublin's Historic Trinity College Honored Al Pacino Its Honorary Patronage



Hollywood legend Al Pacino is collecting a prestigious gong at Dublin's historic Trinity College.

Hollywood veteran actor Al Pacino was handed an honorary patronage of Dublin's Trinity College Philosophical Society.

The eight-times Oscar nominated actor accepted the honor Wednesday Nov 22nd, during his current stint in Ireland, to research playwright/novelist Oscar Wilde for a new documentary.

"My first visit to this country, to this beautiful great city Dublin. It has made the connection to Wilde and Salome more real, more complete. I just want to say thank you for this honor," Pacino said on his being honored.
