The on-again, off-again couple, Nicole Richie and Adam Goldstein are off again.
"We are confirming that we have amicably separated," the pair said in a statement released Monday May 22nd, 2006 by Richie's publicist, Cindy Guagenti.
Meanwhile, details on the reasons behind their break up remain undisclosed.
