In the music video for "Lonely Town," Brandon Flowers, the frontman of the Killers, captures the essence of a city that, despite its grandeur, can also be a place of isolation and longing. The video, directed by Jonas Ã…kerlund, opens with Flowers wandering through the desolate streets of Las Vegas at night, a city that has been transformed into a surreal and almost otherworldly landscape. As the video progresses, Flowers encounters various characters, each one representing a different aspect of urban alienation.
