After Freddie tells Carly he's never been kissed by a girl, Sam overhears this and tells everyone watching iCarly.com. Meanwhile, Spencer wants to audition for the Seattle Cobras Football team, so Carly helps him train some to get ready. After Freddie was humiliated, he stays home from school for a week, misses 2 iCarly rehearsals, and then misses iCarly, Sam decides to apologize to Freddie and tells the iCarly viewers that she's never had her first kiss either. Sam then goes to Freddie's apartment to apologize to him, and they both say that they think first kisses are so over-rated. They then kiss each other just to "get it over with." They both say that it was a nice kiss. When Sam leaves, Freddie playfully says "I hate you," and Sam replies with the same statement.
