Carly's doorman, Lewbert, gets injured during an exploding muffin basket sketch. Spencer suggests that Carly, Sam, and Freddie help him until he's back on his feet. The three find that taking care of him isn't easy. Freddie ends up dropping a ceiling fan on top of Lewbert causing him more injuries. When Freddie's mom joins in, she insists on taking care of Lewbert herself, leaving Freddie to do what he please. But as Freddie's mom tends to his injuries, a romance begins developing between the two of them, so Freddie tries to end the relationship by getting hurt himself to derive his mother's attention. Meanwhile, Spencer takes Lewbert's job as a doorman and angers some truckers while messing with a CB radio.
