A commuter train accidentally derails. Eight people are killed, dozens more are injured. One of the deceased is an unidentified woman who died from a broken neck. Since this was an accident, the police can't give Jane Doe the resources she deserves. That's okay. Alex Donovan and his team are ready to do whatever it takes to make sure this victim gets back her name.

Maxine notices that the victim's bra is from a department store in Britain. The conductor remembers the victim asking for help just before the accident. She had a British accent. While rifling through the unclaimed items, Walter discovers a cell phone that is only available in Europe. This is just another one of those occasions when it's very handy to have a telephone repairman on your investigative team. Walter is looking up the user info when BANG! A gunshot pierces his shoulder. Walter is down and the unseen gunman takes the phone.

Walter is rushed to the hospital. He's going to be okay. Russell tells Alex that the victim's neck was broken after the crash. Jane Doe's killer is likely the same person who shot Walter. Something very important must have been on that cell phone. A lowlife train passenger who robbed Jane Doe remembers she had a prescription bottle that he ditched. Alex finds the pill bottle amongst the unclaimed items. It belongs to a woman named Deirdre Clark. The woman on the train was her daughter. Her name: Emma Clark.

Maxine is so jazzed that they've discovered Jane Doe's name that she gives Alex a big hug. It totally catches him off guard. Then it's Maxine who is a little thrown when Alex suggests they find a hotel. She says, "Alex, it was just a hug." Now we all know Alex didn't mean it that way. If Emma was visiting from England, she was likely staying at a hotel. Ahhh. Sure enough, she was. When Alex and Russell arrive, they discover someone has been sleeping in her bed. And she's still there!

A party girl named Brandi met Emma a week ago. They became friends. Emma was letting Brandi stay in her room. They went to a roving nightclub party dubbed "Xiniata." It's funded by rich guys and filled with hot girls. Alex poses as a wealthy guy looking for a good time from Bryce Waldren, the head of the Xiniata party planning committee. He ropes Candace into being his plus-one at the private event.

Alex is looking pretty sharp the night of the party and he can't help noticing that Candace looks ridiculously gorgeous in her sexy dress. She'll fit right in at the party, much like Emma's friend Brandi, who is also there. But Brandi isn't talking. She doesn't want do anything that could get her banned from future parties. The slogan is "what happens at Xiniata never happened." It's all very zen.

The train conductor remembers that someone was following Emma. Tyler creates a sketch from the conductor's description. It's the CEO of Xiniata: Bryce Waldren. Alex and Walter head over to Bryce's place where he's busy tossing luggage into his car. He's skipping town.

When Alex approaches him, Bryce floors it. Alex tumbles across the hood of his car. Walter cuts off Bryce with his truck before he can get away. Bryce takes off and boards a commuter train with Alex in hot pursuit. The train doors close. Alex searches for Bryce but he's nowhere to be found. Then... BANG, BANG BANG! Gunfire fills the train car. Alex bails for cover. Bryce is closing in on him. He has nowhere to go.

The train jolts and Alex springs from his hiding spot to take down Bryce. Ballistics matches the gun Bryce used on the train to bullet they fished out of Walter. But why did he kill Emma? The answer to that comes when her mother produces an email her daughter sent from her cell phone. It shows a video of Bryce attempting to rape a girl at a Xiniata party. Brandi comes forward offering to testify to other incidents that prove "what happens at Xiniata actually DID happen."

Maxine calls a meeting. The team thinks she's found a new case. But she only has pizzas and beer. She thought it would be nice to celebrate the fact that they identified the victim and caught the killer. It's deep dish pizza, so it sounds like a plan. Maxine warns that, in addition to the pizzas and beer, she's also giving out hugs. Yes, she's a hugger. She's also part of this dedicated team known as The Forgotten Network.
